APPOINTMENT Policy
At Styles & Extensions we understand your time is valuable, we ask you to understand ours is also. When you make an appointment with us, we block out time and space at the Salon for you. It is important that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling and there are clients waiting, we will offer your slot to them and you may need to wait for the next available stylist.
Because your Salon services are reserved for you, we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. This is as a courtesy to our staff members and so that we may accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can. If you miss an appointment without notifying us you may be asked to leave a non-refundable deposit prior to your next appointment, or you may also take advantage of our walk-in queue.
When you make your appointment please be sure to select all of your services. Because we reserve out time for you, it may be difficult to add additional services because your stylist may have an appointment following yours they must honor.
