A deposit is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer (color/chemical services, hair treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and others) and/or for appointments that require special order products or materials.

This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. The deposit will be forfeited to the Salon if the appointment is rescheduled, changed, or canceled with less than 24-hours prior to the appointment time. Services involving special order products or materials are non-refundable.
