SERVICESAt Styles & Extensions providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service in every single appointment is our top priority. All services are non-refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know within 3 days so we can accommodate and deal with the concern. We'll do our best to make any adjustments while you're here, ensuring that you leave with the look that you love. PRODUCTSWe understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that's just right for you.For sanitation and health reasons, all products can be returned for a full refund or exchange if they're unopened, unused, and damage free within 14 days with the original receipt. Depending on the product, a 15% restocking fee may be charged, and store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. Some items may also be marked as “final sale” or “as is” and cannot be returned. GIFT/eGift CARDSAll forms of gift cards can only be redeemed at a Styles & Extensions establishment and are not redeemable for cash or charge card credit. Cards may not be redeemed towards previous purchases or applied toward gratuity. If lost or stolen, please call immediately to put the card value on hold. Styles and Extensions is not responsible for card value if the card has been lost or stolen. All forms of gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.Every purchase made with a card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fee, taxes, and other fee that may apply) is deducted from the card’s balance and any unused card balance will remain on the card account. If shipping, gift card purchases are processed and mailed during normal business hours within 1-2 business days of purchase. All cards are shipped via standard mail.COURSE TUITIONTuition payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class at a later date in the event of an emergency. Reenlistment must be made within 6 months of the original class date.
